Based on the human anatomy
The novel design of the uvex xact-fit is based on the anatomy of the ear canal, mimicking the natural oval shape. This noticeably reduces pressure inside the ear – even when worn for extended periods - as well as allowing fast, easy and accurate insertion.
Innovative features for comfortable protection
Not all earplugs are created equally. Comfort is essential if you rely on hearing protection at work for most of the day. When we develop our products, we place great importance on ergonomics and an optimal fit in the ear canal. The specially formulated polyurethane foam developed in-house for uvex earplugs creates a hygienic sealed surface and improves the pressure on the ear canal to ensure a comfortable wearing experience.
x-grip technology
The x-shaped grip technology means there is less material at the entrance of the ear canal reducing contact pressure while being fully closed. X-grip technology also helps with easy plug removal.
